Big Ark does not custody your money. Your funds stay in your existing brokerage (Schwab, Fidelity, Robinhood, IBKR, etc.). We do not charge a percentage of assets under management — only a flat monthly fee.

Why three tiers?
Different investors have very different needs. Starter is built for first-time investors who want to replace guesswork with a rules-based system. Standard is for self-directed investors who want both models and the full allocation framework. Pro adds tax-aware execution, multi-account support, and the kind of dashboards a serious investor expects.
Can I switch between tiers?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
What happens after my Starter lock-in?
Starter is $9.95/month for your first 12 months. After that it converts to $14.95/month. We notify you 30 days before the price change so there are no surprises.
Are there any “VIP rooms” or upsell calls?
No. The tier you sign up for is the one you stay on. We don’t run paid webinars, premium “coaching” upsells, or live trading rooms. Whatever you’re paying is whatever Big Ark costs.
